Ingredients
4 cups Fenugreek Sprouts
1 medium Red Onion - diced
2 Roma tomatoes (or pint of grape tomatoes) - diced
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
Direction
- Place sprouts in a large bowl 
- Add diced tomatoes, onion & cilantro to the bowl 
- Add salt and lemon juice 
- Mix well 
- Serve fresh
